ART SPECS & GRAPHIC DESIGN

After you have placed your order, please e-mail your artwork to our Art Department at artdept@byoglogo.com. So your order can be processed as quickly as possible, please use the following guide lines.


• All artwork needs to be in an Adobe Illustrator or EPS format for line art and spot color designs or PhotoShop TIFF format at a minimum of 200 dpi at the final print size for full color designs.

• For spot color designs, try to pick out Pantone color numbers before submitting your design. If you come by in person, we can help you pick them out.

• Make all text into outlines using the 'Create Outlines' or 'Convert to Curves' (in Corel Draw) command. This will prevent any font problems. if the fonts are not converted, it is highly likely we will have to charge you for extra art time.

• JPEG, GIF, BMP and similar files can be sent for re-creation or inspiration, but do not constitute camera ready art and will incur art charges.

• Microsoft Word documents are not camera ready art and anything sent in this format will incur an art charge.

• Art charges are from concepts to finished pieces billed at $50.00 per hour. No charge for camera-ready art (clean opaque film positive, emulsion side up and desired size). Typesetting charge $25.00

If the artwork is too big to e-mail, you can send it over on a thumb drive or through yousendit.com to the email jennifer@byoglogo.com (free to sign up) or CD via US Mail or FedEx to:

In the case of art that is not already digital, send it to the above address and we will scan it in and convert it to the proper file format. Please be aware that the Art Department charges $50.00 per hour for any extra time handling art that is not camera ready.
