CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFERS
For teams and groups that require custom names and numbers, or any customized graphics, we also offer high quality custom heat transfers. We offer a variety of heat transfer materials that will work on any fabric – from 100% cotton to leather or neoprene. They are professionally applied to the garments with a commercial-grade heat press, which will allow the heat transfer to adhere to the garments permanently. If you are looking to add a little sparkle to your garments, we also offer custom crystal rhinestones. We can recreate virtually any design into custom rhinestones which we can also heat press onto garments (including hats!).Get Quote
Did you know?
Screen printing is a form of stenciling that first appeared in a recognizable form in China during the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD). In modern terms the stencil (known to printers as “screen”) is a fabric mesh treated with emulsion and stretched over a metal frame. According to the Printers’ National Environmental Assistance Center, “Screen printing is arguably the most versatile of all printing processes”. Credit is generally given to the artist Andy Warhol for popularizing screen printing as an artistic technique, identified as serigraphy, in the United States in the 1960’s. Our East Bay screen printing facility can only hope to keep up with that esteem.
